Vision Organisation for Democratic Constitutional States 2045

This new vision still to be worked out. This new future organisation will replace NATO, which after taking the wrong collaborative turn recently…and the EU recovering from the current crisis threatening its survival…not only remains brain death but will then cease to exist as far as I am concerned.
Things could have been so different for the organisation in my earlier alternative vision for a reformed NATO, but its leader US and close ally UK and their sympathisers in NATO and EU chose a nationalist egocentric path against the growing collaboration between EU and Russia..against bigger, more autonomous and self-sustaining undivided Europe!!.
But for the world’s democratic constitutional states…besides the (reformed) UN…given the growing influence and security threat from autocratic and dictatorial countries…there remains a need for a collective organisation, including for the collective care and guarantee of the security of member states.

So being continued…

It looks like I will have to confess that my mission has failed..

(In het Nederlands)

In these days of…again…”Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists.” the so needed Disclaimer

Firstly, for consideration…”So You really think that if…

“NEVER AGAIN!!” I swore over 40 years ago in 1980 as a boy of 12 between the far too many headstones at the huge American military cemetery in Normandy. During our holiday in France, when I insisted on visiting the D-Day landing sites and this cemetery, my mother and father told me. Intensely crying and sobbing. It became the mission of my life, my training, my task..still..almost every day, almost every hour…far too often…far too long…but I found it necessary and did my best.

This painting hangs above my bed and reminds me every day of my mission and pledge every day. Even in the regular moments when I wanted to drop out, badly frustrated by what was happening…wanted to quit altogether…so much people made in my opinion the same mistakes again…went along with wrong projects and wars again…but still continued on.

But if I return there one day, more then 40 years later, it looks like I will have to confess that my mission has failed. Europe is once again divided, in a hard Cold War with now bloody proxy war in Ukraine. New iron curtains are strengthened and expanded. Enemy thinking, hatred and demonisation are spread through the now modern much more extensive and powerful propaganda and disinformation channels and thus reinforced. Mass forming and hysteria follows, new form of Mccarthyism is back. Because our current leaders…American and British leaders in front… harshly and egocentrically rejected an inclusive undivided Europe

So right after the flattening of the terrible and stressful years of our collective global corona pandemic and crisis they took their change…apparently nothing learned from that yet either.

I never thought then that…after more than 40 years of fighting for “NEVER AGAIN”, for peace and security and the European dream as I learned it and feel it deeply in my system…our current leaders, including those of all those then fallen and still mostly young Americans, would so betray their sacrifice.

What a sad day it will be…

So You really think that if…

(In het Nederlands)

In these days of…again…”Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists.” the so needed Disclaimer

So You really think that if tens of thousands of dead and wounded were considered acceptable (“We are so sorry for you loss”) in their projects in Afghanistan and Iraq from 2001 and 2003 onwards from their nationalist self-centred doctrines…

Project 2 uuhh 1 – After the very painful 9/11 surprise. The Bush administration, which had just taken office, was already busy with Iraq and neglected the clear warnings. While many experts suggested bombing, it became Project 1 of the Bush Doctrine..forced regime change and occupation to bring democracy American Style. Would have welcomed the Afghans just like the Germans and Japanese with open arms.

The Taliban were primitive barbarians, still living in the stone age and as diabolical as their Al Qaeda cronies and their leader Osama Bin Laden! 20 years of American and Western military power, including NATO, just like during the Russian occupation earlier, could not break the Afghan resistance. Also because many more Afghans supported them than was claimed..and really not all of them were forced..but because they did not want democracy and progressive frivolous freedoms (yet). At least not forced upon them by.. (mostly Christian).. foreigners.. again. The Taliban is back in power after a debacle of a retreat..and there are now talks and negotiations with “those barbarians”…

Project 1 uuhh 2 – After the apparently easy and successful start at project 2..uuhh 1.. in Afghanistan.. that would be all right!!..the critics were all wrong!!.. did the Bush administration go after all quickly back to work planning for their original main project of their Bushdoctrine.. forced regime change and occupation of Iraq. The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Tony Blair, anti-EU-skeptical(!!), who has become enthusiastic about Afghanistan and (nationalistically) realised the greatness of also his country Great Britain besides his important, god-given, role in the fight of Christian good against evil…Islam uuhh Terror!!… was happy to participate now.

Because that devilish psychopath Saddam Hussein, from ally, to (misled) conqueror in 1990/1991 evil occupation of ally Kuwait!! That had already been severely punished then.. but not finished by father Bush (the dumbass!! because after that almost killed by order of Hussein.. they said). That cruelty troublemaker, defying Americans and their power and allies in the Gulf now really needed to be eliminated. And the Iraqi people, like Germany and Japan in WW2, would be gratefully liberated and propelled in the development of peoples, like the Afghans, under inspiring American-British leadership. Possibly next projects the equally evil regimes in Syria and Iran. Democracy in the region, peace…and ally Israel happy. Could he give the Palestinians something with freedom and rights…or not…also well…Jordan, after all, already the Palestinian state. President Bush, now somewhat less inexperienced, decided after the eventual dramatic development in Iraq and disappointing in Afghanistan to abandon these new projects. His government and policy were therefore changed in the second period.

However, the criticism and protests against this new-old project 1 uuhh 2 were unprecedentedly fierce, large, widely shared… even large groups of former soldiers and politicians wrote protest letters. People warned that a Pandora’s box was about to be opened in the region. But they did not listen in Washington and London and friendly capitals. After all, there was now fait accompli evidence that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction and, according to Blair, he would be able to fire many missiles at Europe at any moment and in a short time! That this was all self-fabricated evidence and lies many already understood but heard most only later during the investigations after this debacle.

So the green light was given. Supported by many Western and European governments (including actively by the Polish…and politically supported by the Dutch). The once again enormous military build-up in the still friendly Gulf states. Which presence of so many American/western/Christian military in the core country of Islam Saudi Arabia during the Gulf War in 1991 radicalised Osama Bin Laden and made him found Al Qaeda..you know of 9/11 attack and reason for project 2 uuhh 1. Thousands of Iraqi soldiers were literally buried in their trenches or roasted in their tanks.

The Iraqi people, however, did not take to the streets en masse. That was already a worrying omen and had been warned about beforehand. The weapons of mass destruction were not found..despite everything being double-edged. Saddam Hussein, however, was eventually found like a weasel in a hole, his sons having already been killed in battle. Going down fighting is not his thing as a great Arab ruler, but he did go down screaming and cursing on the gallows. Would Bush and Blair have done the same or pissed their trousers? What seemed to be a success soon became a great tragic drama. Pandora’s box had indeed been opened in Iraq and in the region, even in nearby continents and in the world…with consequences also in European streets, cafes and theatres.

So you really think that if tens of thousands of dead and wounded were considered acceptable (“We are so sorry for you loss”) in their projects in Afghanistan and Iraq from 2001 and 2003 onwards from their nationalist self-centred doctrines…it became hundreds of thousands dead and wounded…

…and millions of displaced people and refugees…also towards the EU, civil wars in Syria and Libya, failed states, the bloody collapse of the Arab democratic spring in Egypt, the rise of IS, genocide Yazidis and many bloody terror attacks in the world…also the EU, even more big-brother-like measures to prevent them, eliminating the IS in bloody battle, flaring up nuclear weapons problems in Iran and North Korea (who felt even more threatened by the forced regime changes and occupations in Afghanistan and Iraq), economic misery, even more loss of credibility in our democratic system and therefore also growth of religious radicalism elsewhere and extremism and conspiracy thinking here, more assertive steps by countries such as China, Turkey and Russia, and so on… and then I probably forgot a lot of things still…

So you really think that if tens of thousands of dead and wounded were considered acceptable (“We are so sorry for you loss”) in their projects in Afghanistan and Iraq from 2001 and 2003 onwards from their nationalist self-centred doctrines…it became hundreds of thousands dead and wounded and millions of displaced people and refugees…that those few thousand dead and wounded Ukrainians and Russians and tens of thousands…already millions of…displaced and fleeing Ukrainians, the still nationalistic American and British governments Biden and Johnson and their supporters in NATO and here in Europe would stop this time and really care so much?! Now within this still ongoing primary US-UK project (that already started late 1990’s and was accelerated by US Bush and UK Blair administrations from 2001’s) of their still egocentric nationalistic doctrines and projects (like recently AUKUS).

Those who did keep a more broader objective view then and now understood what happened…and what the main cause was then and still is now…learned the lessons from Europe’s own war-rich history and also from these recent projects, would never follow our EU leaders decision so supportive and gullibly into another (proxy)war as has happened now…again…

Nothing learned from…?!

Tragic that EUrope and America too seems to have forgotten the main lesson of the First World War. A defeated opponent (then Germany, now USSR>Russia after the Cold War) who feels unjustly treated is more revanchist and thus more dangerous than one you embrace and integrate again.

Is it getting through yet?! Germany.. despite terrible crimes of the Holocaust.. we embraced and integrated again after the Second World War. While Russia… fundamentally important to our liberation then… has been deliberately excluded again since 1990s.. and is not allowed to mention that and be angry about that?! And… how painfully… takes [took!] hard steps, because a fundamental red line, when the answer remains “njet”?!

So what we need [needed?] is an inclusive undivided EUropean vision towards 2045!! When we celebrate and remember the end of that horrific Second World War 100 years ago. Not (cold)warmonger talk of people who seems to have forgotten also the lessons of that war!!

Really?! Does it have to be Germany now [addition: at least so it seemed…but Merkel is gone and so is their understanding of and perseverance in this apparently…] to remind so many European and American politicians, military, journalists and think tankers here of the primary lessons of the First World War, the Second World War and Cold War and urge them to act accordingly in the interests of all of Europe (is also Russia)?!..Really?!?!

AN UNDIVIDED EUROPE!!

(In Nederlands)

Update 21-05-2022
– In 2045, NATO will no longer exist. Even though it now thinks to be alive again because of the conflict in Ukraine after the French president Macron recently called NATO brain death…now the EU seems to become brain death after taking a wrong turn. But this is an apparent phase…just like the earlier claimed NATO successes of its missions in Kosovo and Afghanistan and Iraq and Libya and Syria…and so now Ukraine. The organisation took the wrong turn by collaborating with US and UK and their sympathisers in their egocentric nationalistic project against Russia…and the EU(!!). And will, unlike the EU, not be able to come back and recover from that.

I was born during the Cold War, in June 1968. When studying Political science with specialisation in Polemology/War studies it ended. Not good for my future employment, not good at all I discovered later (because world peace had broken out they said) but still I was very happy as I love peace!!

The end of the Cold War meant the end of the Iron Curtain, end of Berlin Wall, end of divided Germany, end of communist authoritarian state USSR, end of a divided Europe!!

But the Cold War was deliberately fired up again in the late 90’s and especially from 2001. By American nationalists in the White House and their pro-Atlantic European allies, especially the EU skeptic UK. In their erroneous nationalistic Bush doctrine focus not alone on Afghanistan and Iraq.

Probably motivated by and against the growing relationship between Russia and EU in the years before, that in their view undermined NATO. So their own influence and strong positions in and via this organisation on the EU and Europe.

Especially towards the EU, ally, but also more and more a geopolitical and geoeconomic competitor of the USA, and now after Brexit the UK. Maybe logical from their strategic interests but very egocentric and not from the interest or good for the EU or even Europe as a whole!!

New iron curtains built in Europe, new tensions, new cold war, large military movements and new cold war language, disinformation and propaganda!!

Unacceptable!! Unacceptable!!

Tragic that also the EU seems to have forgotten the primary lesson of the First World War!! A defeated country (then Germany now USSR>Russia after Cold War) that feels unjustly treated and excluded is more revanchist and thus more dangerous for peace and stability than one you embrace and integrate again (Germany after the Second World War)!!

So I want an undivided European future!! Not a new divided Europe and new Cold War!!

An undivided Europe with an European Defence Union – EDU as part of the reformed European Union EU.

As NATO of today is our past and EDU and a reformed NATO our future!!

With first a solution and peace plan for the cruel war in Eastern Ukraine. That must end before any other step will be taken!!

And justice for the MH17 tragedy and its victims!!

Without that no deal and no end to the economic sanctions for Russia!!

Within this new strategic peace and security structure and vision for Europe and a renewed friendship between the EU and Russia this can culminate in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.. after reforms and as constitutional free democracies(!!).. joining the EU before 2045, when we commemorate and celebrate the end of the horrific Second World War 100 years ago in Europe. Putin will retire from politics in that process. I think he wants that for a long time already. But he can still secure and anchor the treaties and start the changing process as a sign of goodwill and trust in both ways.

And to show and proof that this was always his own desired European vision too. As by offering this inclusive EUropean vision, Russia would not be appeased, but rather put in front of the bloc itself. Do you want Putin’s vision or not? If so, develop and implement a vision, towards an inclusive and undivided Europe. If not, and not for relevant reasons, we know that your intentions are probably not positive.

As also the younger Russian generations feel being part of Europe and want to become part of the EU. As Daria Navalnaya said when she receives the Sakharov Prize, the European Union’s top human rights prize, on behalf of her father.
“…Russia is a part of Europe, and we strive to become a part of it.
But we also want Europe to strive for itself, to those amazing ideas, which are at its core. We strive for a Europe of ideas, the celebration of human rights, democracy and integrity.”
https://euronews.com/my-europe/2021/12/15/navalny-s-daughter-accepts-eu-s-highest-human-rights-award-on-his-behalf

Developments which hopefully the governments of America and UK will support this time and will join. I think in the end also better for them!!

So also Russia, Ukraine and Belarus becoming members of a reformed and refocused NATO this time.

Within a reformed NATO, the Northern Alliance Treaty Organisation, with the same defensive role but a different structure, different focus and with more new member states.

So we can counter and deter the real main threat to our Western and European security, welfare, wellbeing and stability today and tomorrow, revanchist totalitarian communist/Maoist one-party regime and state China!! Which is also a major threat to Russia!!! That is why Russia is so keen on joining the West and the EU!!!

As I find it bizarre that where we have conducted 46 years of Cold War against that other totalitarian communist/Stalinist 1-party dictatorship of former times..the USSR..deliberately(!!) restarted in the 1990’s against a militarily and economically much weaker and still not totalitarian Russia…

..the EUropean and western governments want to stay economic partners and friends with a dictatorial China?! Even after the corona crisis and cultural genocide against the Uyghur minority?! Really that is in my opinion as a child and adult of the Cold War totally bizarre!!

SO IT IS TIME FOR CHANGE!!

TOWARDS AN UNDIVIDED EUROPE AND A REFORMED NATO IN 2045!!

Because in this time of war mongering and mass formation/hysteria and where Mccarthyism seems to have returned and anyone who, like me, has a more balanced view of developments is called a fearsome Putinversteher, or worse, traitor, this disclaimer is unfortunately necessary…

Strategic Vision United Nations – UN 2045

download Last update 14-10-2021 14:45
– Snapshot 2043>2045. 100 years after the end of the Second World War in Europe.

A snapshot in the year 2045..

Reforms were desperately needed to keep the UN credible and decisive in the world of today and tomorrow.

UN Head Office and Security Council

First of all, the head office, including the most famous organ of the UN, the Security Council, moved from New York to Geneva in Switzerland. The United States was no longer seen as the moral leader of the world. The neutral Switzerland, where UN facilities are already located and where the predecessor of the UN, the League of Nations, was established therefore a better location.

unog-palais-des-nations1

The UN Security Council was reformed. Consist of 12(?!) permanent members only after some new members have been accepted. India and Japan as countries. And unions of nations got also a seat or took over the seat of a current UNSC permanent member state. The EU took over the seat of France and proposed new seat for Germany. The African Union got a seat and also the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). The (rehabilitated) Union of South American Nations (USAN) and also the union-version of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), (the new Organization of North and Middle-American States?! and the …) also got a seat in the reformed UNSC.

The voting system of the UNSC remains the veto-system and power. All 12 members have veto-power.

….

UN Peace Keeping

UN peace keeping missions will continue to be carried out. But never again toothless and powerless missions such as UNAMIR in Rwanda and UNPROFOR in Bosnia, which could not prevent the genocides in Rwanda and in Srebrenica.
….

International Court of Justice (ICJ)

The Netherlands and within the city of The Hague, remains the (UN) city of peace and justice with the International Court of Justice (ICJ).

…..

….

Why 2045?! In 2045 it is 100 years ago World War 2 ended in Europe.

General assumptions Strategic Vision EDU Armed Forces 2045

I use a number of general assumptions in my Vision EDU Forces 2045. Worked out in this page!

download last update: 15-11-2022 19:00
– Squad 10>8. IFV 2+10 > 4+8 and changed design ‘my ideal future tank&IFV’.
Including anti-drone interceptors air-defence units/system.
– IFV 2+10 > 4+8 and changed design ‘my ideal future tank&IFV’.
– Included EUropean programmes for combat and (heavy) transport helicopters.
– CT 30 mm LR on the (Sea/Land) Protector RWS/APPS will become 40 mm CL AGL (fixed combi system replacing the now commonly used 12.7 mm heavy machine guns in addition to the now influxing active protection system/APSs and smoke canister protection launchers. Looks a bit like this Arquus Hornet RWS).
– Change in recce vehicles types in my brigade set up in Land Forces.
– Correction squad set-up. Still 10 members but crew for vehicles separated from squad again. So 4 members crew in battle tanks, 2 members crew in IFV&APC. All working in attack helicopter like set-up, doubled in the battle tanks.
– Changes size of naval units and air squadrons with extra reserve.
– rotation scheme naval vessels and crews.
– Changes in numbers of naval forces.
– Exit 2043, now snapshot 2045, 100 years after end of WO2. More symbolic for Europe as a whole.

– MCMV’s naval forces split into larger ocean and smaller coastal/inland waterways variant.
– KMW APVT IFV for Marines out, replaced by standard IFV with adaptations.
– Including Russia, Belarus, Georgia and Armenia.
– Changes numbers fighters EDU air forces.
– Squadron size helicopters and UCAV.
– 3>4 platoons every company. More vehicles.

In General

GENERAL MAIN TASKS
The grounds for deployment of the armed forces are listed in Article XX of the Constitution. In connection with this, three main tasks of the armed forces can be distinguished, namely:

  • Protection of the integrity of the own and the allied (EU and NATO) territory;
  • Promotion of the international legal order and stability;
  • Supporting civil authorities in law enforcement, disaster relief and humanitarian assistance, both nationally and internationally.

GENERAL AMBITION LEVEL
An ambition level has been formulated based on the main tasks, the safety analysis and the available financial resources.

The Xxxxxx armed forces will contribute to the following:

  • The protection of the own and allied (EDU and NATO) territory if necessary with all available means;
  • An active contribution to the integrated foreign policy of the [NAME COUNTRY]. This includes:
    – high-quality and technologically advanced military contributions to international operations in all parts of the spectrum of violence. The focus will be more on defensive and deterrent operations. However, where necessary one can also take offensive action.
    – Contribute to an integrated, comprehensive approach in which various departments, international organizations, non-governmental organizations and (local or regional) businesses play a role. In this context, the 5D approach is used: Diplomacy, Defense and Development, Disaster Relief and Data.
    5D
  • A contribution to the ambition level of the European Union and EDU. In this context, the armed forces will continue to contribute to the collective defense and response capacities of the European Union, the EDU Battlegroups;
  • A contribution to NATO’s level of ambition. In connection with this, the armed forces will continue to make a contribution of varying size to the NATO Response Force (NRF);
  • Participation (continuous) in an operation in the higher part of the spectrum of violence with xx battalions, xx special force operation group, xx combat aircraft, xx mixed group (combat) helicopters, xx MALE RPAS UCAVs and or a maritime task force of different ships;
  • Simultaneous participation for a longer period of time in a maximum of xx operations in the lower part of the spectrum of violence with task groups of battalion size or, in air operations and maritime operations, their equivalents;
  • Acting in land operations as lead nation at brigade/Division level and, together with other countries, at army force level, in maritime operations as lead nation at task group level and in air operations with contributions at equivalent level;
  • The execution of special operations, including evacuation operations and counter-terrorism operations;
  • Provision of international emergency assistance at the request of civil authorities.
  • Participation in police missions, including those of the European Gendarmerie Unit, with officers and units and in small-scale civil-military missions;
  • Provision of (para) military experts for the education, training and advice of security organizations in other countries;
  • Contributing to the safety of society within the boundaries of the country, under civilian authority. This concerns in particular:
    – the execution of national tasks, such as border control, including the Coast Guard;
    – military assistance with the criminal enforcement of the rule of law as well as the maintenance of public order and security, such as with special assistance units and the deployment of the EOD explosives disposal;
    – (para) military assistance in the fight against disasters.

Defence budget : 2% GDP. No more, no less!

Why is 2% GDP defense budget needed?!

ELECTRONIC AND CYBER WARFARE

Electronic and Cyber warfare is a serious task area for the armed forces and a large Cyber and Electronic Warfare Command operating within the central organisations and units in the separate forces.

Primarily, this is defensively oriented. All weapon systems, but also control and ICT systems and networks that are linked to it, are protected by this command. However, this command also becomes capable of carrying out electronic and cyber attacks in order to disrupt or flatten an opponent’s systems and the like. This either as a deterrent or as a way to complicate the warfare of an opponent.

There is close cooperation with allies within a common Cyber and Electronic Operations Force EDU Staff. This umbrella staff is housed in ….. This leads to a close form of cooperation in the field of operations, education, training, logistics and maintenance. However, all countries remain sovereign with regard to the political decision to deploy their electronic and cyber units and resources. The Commander EDU Cyber and Electronic Operations Force is the head of this staff.

A division consists 2-3 brigades and HQ and support units. A brigade consists of 4 combined arms battalions/regiments and HQ and support units. Each combined arms battalion/regiment consists of 3 (combined) arms companies, HQ and support units. Each (combined) arms company consists of 3 arms platoons, HQ and support unit. Each arms platoon consists of 4 arms squads, HQ and support unit.

As each soldier in a infantry squad of 8 has also a specialisation (as squad leader/navigator/communications, assistent squad leader/navigator/communications, 2 as grenadier/MGL+RPG or MANPADS, 2 as engineer-EOD/rifle+UAV/UGV, 2 as medic/rifle+UAV/UGV). Special operation forces/commando’s use the same kind of setup and specialisations. Often more of each other’s specialisations are being mastered to make the squad more resilient. Like basic medical knowledge and skills or navigation and communication skills or working with UGV and UAV’s or driving armoured vehicles.

In a medium/heavy infantry fighting vehicle/IFV the crew of 4 (2×2 driving&fighting teams) and infantry squad of 8 form a collective team operating and fighting together. An Air Mobile Ranger or Marines Raider squad of 8 can operate from helicopter, transport plane, LCP/USV or landing craft on foot or with their own vehicle (say an EagleV 6×6 APC) in a 3+8 combination when using them for higher mobility on land. Using smaller vehicles the squad is split in two.

This crew vs infantry squad 1:2 ratio in IFV’s seems more unfavourable than current ones. Already lot of disccusion about this topic. But the threat picture for both vehicle+crew and squad has in my opinion increased to such an extent with the arrival of drones and small light missiles, that the vehicles need to be better allround protected (also anti-air), besides still supporting the infantry group (which an sich is a little bigger than many of the current ones..now usually 6 or 7) as well. That requires expansion crew. In addition, with an ageing population and tight labour market, we will have to recognise that fewer people are suited to the physically and mentally tough profession of infantry soldier. But do can function as part of a vehicle crew with growing number of digital sensor and fighting systems.

Mechanized, Airmobile, Marine and Mountain Brigades

Each brigades consists of a :
– HQ/support battalion with
– 3 combined HQ platoons;
– Electronic and cyber warfare company;
– 2 Reconnaissance squadrons/companies.
– 4 combined arms battalions/regiments (details see below);
– Engineer battalion;
– Logistics battalion;
– Maintenance battalion;
– Medical battalion.
– Initial Military Formation Centre (provides the practical training for the brigade’s recruits);
And the Airmobile, Marine and Mountain Brigades also a :
– Helicopter Aviation Regiment (details see Air Forces below).

N/MGCS MEDIUM-HEAVY BATTLE TANK

(Possible) New or Main Ground Combat System (N/MGCS) has a crew of 4 in a 2×2 driving&fighting team, 2 in armoured module in front chassis (driver, communicator/gunner), 2 in armoured module in turret (second driver, commander/gunner). Both modules interconnected. All able from their positions to drive the tank and work the observation and targeting systems or the UAV and UGVs. The tank has a weight of 35t in its basic configuration, air transportable by A400M+ and larger, and 50t with all the extra armour installed. The N/MGCS is designed to accommodate armour in protection classes which are wholly or partly interchangeable. The tank has its hybrid engine in the front part of the chassis and reinforced rubber tracks. The tank is armed with a 130mm gun in the one-crew turret with a autoloader and magazine (24 rounds) in the back of the turret. this magazine can be connected to an additional magazine (12 rounds) in the rear side of the chassis for reload, with the turret in the forward position. Both turret and chassis magazine can be reloaded from outside by a supply vehicle. Coaxial a CT 5.56mm MG (artist’s impressions of a more conservative design as example – Werecat Tank by Marcel Adam CG)

EZV0RNAWsAAU3WU

Also an internal 60mm mortar for support infantry and close protection. On the turret roof a Land Protector RWS/APPS with a 40mm AGL and integrated active/passive protection system/APPS. In the back of the chassis on the other side of the magazine and the entrance a snap-in clickable VLS is positioned for a mix of light ATGM&SAMs (or a combined missile?!) and light UCAVs. The space of the extra magazine and VLS in the back of the chassis can when empty also be used to transport personal in emergency or special missions. Access and exit for both crew and transported personal through a clamshell door in the middle of the back of the vehicle. The tank is equipped with passive and an active protection system (APPS) that is integrated with the RWS.

marcel-adam-side-render-r-IFV-by StrategNL The chassis is the basis for also an medium/heavy infantry fighting vehicle IFV with an unmanned turret with CT40 mm cannon and same secondary armaments as the N/MGCS. Weight also difference in basic and up armoured modus of 30 to 45t and a crew of 4 + 8 infantry squad (see picture). And also a 155mm SP howitzer, SHORAD air defence, recovery, engineer and some other variants.

Another more futuristic (re)design (of the former Swedish UDES model) by me of a turretless future MGCS/tank with a crew of 4 again (2×2 driving&fighting team). Seeing more tasks (using and fighting drones, situational protection a.o.). Based on my own knowledge and insights on the topic. Would be my preference. Also in IFV version (2×2+8).

Peace Plan War Ukraine

Latest update: 26-11-2022
– Additions. The core values of democracy, rule of law and fundamental rights are fundamental within the EU. Authoritarian alternates will not be tolerated for sake of peace. And no veto right in vote of accession of Ukraine, Russia and Belarus.
– Introduction of my proposed Organisation for Democratic Constitutional States – ODCS as successor for NATO.
– The proposed new border also involves the Oskil river.

My original peace plan was from before the ugly and (again) disastrous proxy war in Ukraine broke out. After the in my opinion deliberately provoked high strategic red line of Russia in Ukraine by the nationalistic US&UK governments and their collaborators&sympathisers in NATO and the EU. Unfortunately…and I cannot like this either…Russia, after having put them against the wall one time more, then proceeded to attack Ukraine to maintain that red line. And the horrific proxy war followed has been going on for several months now.

Although the propaganda storyline of the US and UK and their sympathisers is starting to sink through the ice and also perpetrator UK PM Boris Johnson and supporter Australian PM Scott Morrison are exit it is still very unclear when and where the fighting will stop for a first peace attempt by probably French president Macron. Nationalist and primary perpetrator US President Joe Biden and remaining collaborators&sympathisers and too many faithful gullibles seem to want to continue the proxy war for now. Until then, it is difficult to indicate now what a peace plan should look like. Except that this nationalist project MUST fail and both Russia and Belarus besides Ukraine are also part of an European collective future. So working on an adapted version.

My peace plan proposal to end this ugly…now…proxy war in Ukraine in our Europe. A war between two European people and countries, provoked by non-Europeans and their sympathisers within NATO and EU, that must end as soon as possible..!! An ugly proxy war in Ukraine in Europe with..again..disastrous consequences for the country, region and world. We saw it before with the other flawed nationalist projects by those involved. But too many did not learn the lessons.. Time to wake up and act!!
(Strikethrough are parts of the version before the conflict deliberately escalated…there may be notes on this in italics.)

Ukraine will only become a member of NATO when Belarus and Russia become members of the reformed NATO too. (The already ‘brain death’ NATO…president Macron was right on that…took the wrong turn by supporting again this faulty nationalistic project of the US, UK and its sympathisers after Afghanistan and Iraq. Probably thinking to become relevant again. And in that sense, it will have no future, especially not for EU security, which it turned against with this choice. Unfortunately, it could have been so different if one sees my old peace plan. My proposed successor NATO is Organisation for Democratic Constitutional States – ODCS)

The main point of the peace plan after after the peace settlement in the war in Ukraine and democratic, judicial, economic and military reforms in the countries is the guarantee of EU membership for Ukraine, Russia and Belarus before 2045 (example my vision EU 2045), when we remember and celebrate 100 years after the end of the horrific World War 2 in Europe and the start of the EUropean Dream of a future common and undivided Europa…now brutally disrupted.

Also NATO will be dismantled. The EU will get its own security organisation and structure (example my EDU vision). In addition to the UN, other regional security structures may arise between countries and power blocs in the world.

FM_9hfcWQAITBF9

The loss of Oblast Crimea will have to be accepted as a consequence of the confusing nationalistic coup in Ukraine in 2014 and the wider anti-Russia and anti-EU policy of that time.

Map_of_the_Crimea

But this and the lifting of severe sanctions against Russia only when the other part of Eastern Ukraine occupied by Russia and by her supported rebels completely returns under Ukraine authority. The Oblasts Luhansk and Donetsk and part of Kharkiv (in west bordered by parts of the Seversky Donets and Oskil river) and parts of Zaporizhia and Kherson (bordered by the Dnipro River) will also become part of Russia. Clear borders that can be monitored and enforced are necessary for the time being after ending the war. So some cities along the Oskil and Dnipro rivers will be divided as a result. These will become cities of peace and may merge again in the future after border corrections when the relations get better after further integration within the EU. UN observers and possibly also UN troops will be stationed along the new borders for a period of time.

Peace Plan

Not the best solution seeing the situation before 2014 and the old peace plan. But after the by the US, UK and sympathisers in NATO and EU deliberately provoked conflict with Russia over it’s strategic red line in Ukraine into an ugly and disastrous proxy war, handing these Ukraine territory back again to Ukraine will unfortunately for sure no longer be an acceptable option for Russia in any peace talks or proposals. Continuing this war to conquer and annex even more Ukraine territory as is probably its end-goal now, will then be preferred by now deeply embittered Russia.

War Ukraine A&B&C

So in order to prevent that end-state (in my opinion already accepted by the US and UK and close sympathisers before the provocation) and to end this ugly disastrous proxy war as soon as possible, sadly Ukraine will have to make territorial concessions. In my opinion any suggestion at this stage of this larger conflict of a full return of by Russia occupied and annexed Ukrainian territory to Ukraine is or malicious or totally naive.

Russia must give up it’s direct and also military support…and ending stationing of it’s troops there…to Transnistria. Which in a larger deal with Moldavia and Romania will then become part of Ukraine.

Transnistria_in_Europe_(zoomed).svg

There will no longer be any attempt to identify and punish a primary perpetrator of this grim conflict. In view of the complexity of the conflict and the aim of turning this situation around as soon as possible towards a positive and peaceful development for the countries and their peoples involved towards European unity within a larger EU. In line with the European dream as learnt from the painfully acquired lessons after the devastating and horrific Second World War.

It should be clear that within this new European unity within a larger EU from Lisbon to Vladivostok, democracy, the rule of law and fundamental rights are the core values. So that will have to become the norm in all new member states. So there is no toleration of existing authoritarian alternatives within this peace plan. The accession of Ukraine, Belarus and Russia to the EU does not require unanimity of existing member states. So a veto of 1 cannot prevent it.
(Peace and reconciliation are more important than justice at this time. Unfortunately, international law has been used so arbitrarily and selectively in recent decades to prosecute and try people that the focus on it now works against rather than helping end conflicts and get peace. Unfortunately for the victims who are also rightly demanding justice. First the system will have to become more structurally balanced.)

Saint-Lo-989x1024

Russia pays compensation to Ukraine for the annexation of the named oblasts and the lose of Ukraine military and civilian assets because of that. This may be in the form of supply of gas, oil, raw materials and other products for a period of time. All connections like gas and oil pipelines with the rest of Europe and EU are restored. New joint renewable energy projects are being launched. All to re-establish inter-European relationships and reinforce mutual cooperation and interdependence.

Russia will also have to give openness and cooperation to the investigation of the MH17 disaster and it’s legal consequences (paying compensation) and the missile fired on Gori in Georgia in 2008 that killed and wounded several civilians including a Dutch cameraman.

298-mensen-kwamen-om-bij-de-vliegramp-onder-wie-vijftig-Brabanders

Without these steps, ample and far-reaching harsh EU and international sanctions against Russia remain in place. There will be still no normalisation of the diplomatic and economic relationship between the EU ,NATO and Russia and both NATO and the EU will continue the process towards NATO and EU membership of only Ukraine.

Srebrenica – Val noodlot of opzet?

http://www.nu.nl/binnenland/3928170/karremans-niemand-in-wereld-schoot-hulp.html

Mijn reactie:
